Shipping policy

 

Our orders are shipped from our studio in Delhi, India. As soon you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Once the order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number, which can be used to track your order on our shipping agents’ sites. Orders are shipped within 12-15 working days of order placement. Orders placed during sale take 15-20 working days to ship from the date of order placement. International shipping time may vary based on your location. 

 

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

We offer free shipping. Once your order is shipped please allow us 2-3 days from date of dispatch for your goods to reach the destination.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide at a flat rate that is calculated based on weight of the order. Shipping usually takes 5-7 working days.

You will see the final shipping at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order. Please also note that the shipping charges are not inclusive of any custom or import duties that may be levied upon reaching the destination country. We cannot control these charges and are unable to estimate what they may be. Please do note SIDDHANT AGRAWAL LABEL does not take responsibility if the packet gets held at customs or at any other point in the destination country.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION

We are a Made-to-Order brand and hence we shall not be able to process the cancellation if the order/orders are processed. Store credit will be provided against the cancellation of an order.

 

RETURN OR EXCHANGE

We hope you love everything that you order from us because we absolutely make every product with love and care. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate. Each piece is made to order and hence we do not accept return/exchange but we'll be happy to alter the same for you. Please note, we also do not accept returns if the size ordered by the customer is incorrect. To get a better understanding of your perfect size please refer to our size guide or reach us at +91-9266839002. If upon receipt of your order, you find the product to be damaged in transit please drop us a line. We would be happy to provide exchange only for damaged products. All products should be returned with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and original condition. Once the merchandise has been checked, you will receive an email confirming that your return has been accepted. Cost of sending the return courier has to be borne by customer. Please be careful while trying on items. Item should be returned in an unused condition as SIDDHANT AGRAWAL LABEL holds the right to not accept returns in case product appears to be used or damaged. Refund amount will not include shipping charges.

Pieces bought in sale/ special pricing are non-refundable and non-returnable/exchangeable. In case of a fit issue we can alter the size for the same style. All orders placed during sale will be delivered in 20-25 working days. We do not accept any return, exchange or size alterations on discounted/sale orders.
